Stephen Sindoni a freelance writer while searching on the internet for a story came across  “The Legend of J.C. Brown” a man who claimed to have discovered a lost city in Shasta Mountain with hidden treasure and the remnants of a legendary civilization. Stephen intriqued by the story decides to go to the New York Public Library to investigate the legend. When he believes he has solved the mystery, he contacts the Stockton Record newspaper who originally printed the story in 1934 and speaks with columnist Michael Mike Fitzgerald to solve the legend.
