Daniel Kelly
December 25th 2011
Author of "Pagan Streams, An Inquirey Into The Origins Of The Bible"
Dan Kelly was born in 1973 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dan has always been interested in folktales and mythology, and at an early age he began comparing Bible stories to the myths and legends of various ancient cultures. In 2011 Dan published his first book entitled Pagan Streams: An Inquiry Into The Origins Of The Bible. This book presents ancient myths and folktales from all around the globe that parallel specific Bible stories and unequivocally proves that the authors of the Bible often borrowed from stories which had long been circulating far and wide throughout the ancient world. Dan believes that a greater understanding of the true Gnostic origins of Judeo-Christianity can contribute to a greater appreciation of humanity’s common spiritual heritage. Currently Dan resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and, when not writing books, makes his living as a gardener and musician. Along with his trusty burro Quackelbeen, Dan performs in the folk rock band The Telluric Currents. In 2009, they released their first CD called A Dog And A Gun and are currently at work on the follow up, which is expected to be released on December 21, 2012, depending on how one interprets the ancient Mayan runes.

-Science and metaphysics. Ancient myths and scriptures often reveal an astoundingly advanced understanding of nature. Pagan Streams: An Inquiry Into The Origins Of The Bible seeks to bridge the divide betwixt the ancient understanding of nature and that of conventional modern science.
